Function restoreLocalState

Restores the user's local session state from imported data. It requires the already-restored global state to correctly calculate dependent values like zoom and scope.

Parameters
- importedState: Partial<DucLocalState> = {}
  The partially imported local state data.
- restoredGlobalState: DucGlobalState
  The complete and valid global state for the document.
- OptionalforceScope: SupportedMeasures
Returns DucLocalState
A complete and valid DucLocalState object.
